What does financial planning entail?
Financial planning involves finding out where you stand financially, setting financial goals, and developing a plan to achieve the goals.
We get to know you and work with you to develop a financial plan that makes the most sense for you. We will gather information about your financial assets and liabilities. We analyze all of this information and prepare a comprehensive financial plan or blueprint for you.
- This involves recommending an investment plan that aligns with your objectives. This includes developing a strategy for you to divide your money among stocks, bonds, and cash.
- Retirement planning is your most important investment objective. We help you to create a plan designed to enable you to live comfortably during retirement. We will look at all your sources of retirement income including 401(s) plans, IRAs, Social Security, pensions, taxable investments, and proceeds from valuable assets (e.g., home).
- We help to develop a tax plan to reduce your tax liability - enabling you to keep more of what you have earned.
- We help you to identify and review options to provide security to your spouse and family. We look at your life insurance policies and other assets. We coach you on how to avoid estate planning errors so that you can pass along your assets in a smooth and efficient manner.
